8th Man

Special Agent Brady, working for the International Crime Prevention Headquarters, is ambushed & left for dead. Discovered by a scientist named Dr. Genius, Brady's life is saved when the Doctor takes his mind & incorporates it into an electric brain. Brady's brain now control a powerful robotic body, capable of incredible feats. He has the power of super-speed, he can fly, he is bulletproof & he can alter his image to disguise himself as anyone he sees. Brady, disguised as a normal man named Tobor (robot spelled backwards), opens a detective agency & works undercover for the chief of police, Thumblethumbs.

8th man was created in 1963 by artist Jiro Kuwata and scriptwriter Kazumasa Hirai as a Japanese comic strip.

It was made into a cartoon & aired in America in 1965

In 1993 an excellent Anime named 8th Man After was made,continuing the adventures of Tobor.
